The Bavarian Competition Authority
The Bavarian Competition Authority and the Bavarian Regulatory Authority are part of the Bavarian Ministry of Economic Affairs, Infrastructure, Transport and Technology. Its tasks are carried out by two Sections which - depending on their focus - are also responsible for general competition issues and pricing policies and which also contribute to the shaping of competition and pricing legislation.
Apart from this, they play a preventive role by providing information and counselling.
